My Story

“It’s not about ideas. It’s about making ideas happen.”
— Scott Belsky
Coralie LOLLIOT, a French and Ivorian citizen, embarked on her journey at Oxford University, where she cultivated a deep passion for strategic policy development. Fresh from her studies, she entered the realm of international development as a Consultant at UNESCO. There, she played a key role in policy advocacy and stakeholder engagement, contributing to the “Futures of Education: Learning to Become” initiative under the chair of Ethiopian President Sahle-Work Zewde. Her work focused on aligning education research with Africa’s socio-economic development objectives, equipping her with a robust foundation in strategic advisory.

In the next phase of her career, she took the helm of Women Working for Change (WFC) & The Disrupters Club, two trailblazing platforms powered by the Africa CEO Forum (ACF) and Jeune Afrique Media Group, the continent’s most influential business media organizations. In this capacity, she rallied corporate leaders and institutional investors to advance gender diversity and foster the growth of African startups. Collaborating with top executives from ECOBANK, SanlamAllianz, Roche, Diageo, and Coca-Cola Africa, she successfully secured over €400,000 in sponsorships, leveraging her expertise in stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnerships to expand the platform’s influence.

Today, Coralie is the Africa Development Manager at Sciences Po Paris, ranked the 2nd best university in the world for Politics, and a leading institution for executive leadership. She spearheads the expansion of the Executive Education portfolio across Africa, establishing transformative partnerships with high-profile institutions (i.e African Development Bank (AFDB), Guinea Alumina Corporation, and the African Space Agency). She is responsible for market analysis, opportunity identification, and strategy execution to drive growth and scalability for executive learning programs.

Beyond her institutional role, Coralie is also the Founder of Elsa & Felicity, a breathwork platform with a strong presence in Europe. Her breathwork sessions are crafted as therapeutic and educational experiences, where participants develop techniques to improve emotional intelligence, resilience, and stress management. The goal is to help everyone relieve tension, reducing the risk of future mental health challenges at home and at work. She takes pride in generating +€10,000 in revenue during the business’ first year.

Finally, Coralie serves as Vice-President for Africa at WeAreInvictae, a private impact investment platform connecting high-net-worth African female industrialists with top-tier international investors. This high-value network fosters capital deployment, venture philanthropy, and mission-aligned investments, empowering Africa’s most influential female business leaders to drive large-scale economic transformation.
